I am from the small town of Poplar Bluff Missouri. As a graphic designer I am always talking to the small businesses in the area about their values and dreams. Most of the small business owners I have spoken with are very supportive of the other small businesses in the area. I have been blessed thus far to stay busy in my business solely off of personal referrals from my clients because they are willing to support my efforts as a small business owner myself.

To me a personal referral is the most sincere form of flattery. It tells me that I have captured the vision of my client and they feel confident knowing that I will also take good care of those they refer to me for logo design, web design, or custom graphics. I appreciate each one of my clients and I strive to bring their vision to life.

A wise woman once said to me “If you aren’t learning something new everyday, then you aren’t paying attention”. This is something that I think of on a daily basis. There are learning opportunities everywhere you go! For me it is things like what styles and colors are the most noticeable on a sign in town,  or reading up on the marketing strategies friends share in their blog posts…. There are always opportunities we just have to keep our eyes and minds open!
